Banana Caramel Flaxseed Bowl

There are days when you put something new together and you just go ‘YUM’. This morning was one of those mornings. Perhaps it was the smashed blueberries stirred through the chia and flaxseed gruel, or maybe, just maybe it was the banana caramel. I’m think’n it was the banana caramel, but at the end of the day just like life, a great moment is usually a combination of the whole thing that created it!
Spoon into a bowl your desired amount of the chia & flaxseed gruel base.
Roughly mash 1/4 - 1/2 cup fresh or thawed frozen blueberries with a fork and stir through.
Add a big spoon of plain coconut yoghurt and stir through.

Add another big dollop of yoghurt

Nuts and seeds
goji berries
coconut

Banana Caramel - Soooo Delicious!!!
1/2 banana mashed
2 tbsp almond butter
1 medjool date mashed
Mash it all together - voila
Banana Chocolate Carmel - also veeeeery yummy!
1/2 banana mashed
1 tsp almond or peanut butter
1 medjool date
1 tsp raw cacao
Mash it all together - voila
CHIA & FLAXSEED GRUEL BASED BREAKFAST

I highly recommend mixing everything together to make one big messy concoction of flavour. Don’t hold back… it's the only way to eat this.
Into a bowl spoon your desired amount of chia & flaxseed gruel base. Around 4 - 7 tablespoons depending on appetite.
Stir through
full fat diary or coconut yoghurt
cinnamon powder
vanilla bean powder
any other additions like maca powder or ground flaxseed.
Now add your preferred toppings and mix it all together!
